I’m Penny, a birth and postnatal doula, and I am here to walk alongside you on your journey into parenthood, ensuring you feel heard, held and empowered every step of the way.
I am based in East Sussex - between Horam and Heathfield - and support families throughout the area, as far afield as Eastbourne, Lewes, Bexhill and Tunbridge Wells.
